Step-by-step installation

Preparación del área y estructura subyacente

Antes de iniciar, asegúrate de que la estructura de soporte sea robusta y adecuada para recibir las vigas de WPC.

Limpia el área para eliminar polvo, suciedad y obstáculos que puedan interferir.

Medición y planificación

Utiliza una cinta métrica para medir el espacio disponible y definir la ubicación precisa de cada viga.

Marca claramente los puntos donde irán colocados los soportes (U o L-brackets).

Corte y ajuste de las vigas

Si las dimensiones del proyecto lo requieren, recorta las vigas con una sierra adecuada para WPC, asegurando cortes rectos y limpios.

Fijación con U o L-brackets

Coloca los soportes (U o L-brackets) en las posiciones marcadas.

Utiliza el taladro y tornillos para exteriores para fijarlos firmemente a la estructura subyacente.

Verifica que los brackets queden alineados correctamente.

Instalación de las vigas

Coloca las vigas en su lugar sobre los soportes, ajustándolas de manera que queden niveladas y en la posición correcta.

Fijación adicional (opcional)

Si el diseño o el entorno lo requiere, refuerza las vigas utilizando tornillos adicionales para asegurar una sujeción extra firme.

Acabado y revisión

Revisa que todas las vigas estén perfectamente niveladas, alineadas y bien fijadas.
