Clear instructions for a perfect finish

Logra un acabado perfecto siguiendo nuestras instrucciones detalladas. A continuación, encontrarás una lista de los materiales necesarios para realizar la instalación de forma correcta y eficiente.

Step-by-step installation

Preparación del área

Asegúrate que la pared esté limpia, seca y libre de polvo o materiales sobresalientes que puedan interferir con la instalación.

Medición y planificación

Toma las medidas del área a cubrir y planifica la distribución. Esto te permitirá optimizar el uso del material, evitar desperdicios y anticipar posibles recortes.

Preparación de las piezas

Elige la disposición de las piezas, ya sea en dirección vertical, horizontal o combinada. Limpia la parte trasera de las piezas para remover el polvo y prepararlas para la aplicación del adhesivo.

Aplicación del adhesivo

Puedes usar adhesivo de poliuretano (recomendamos la marca Sika) o Resistol 5000, el que mejor se adapte a tu superficie. Coloca el adhesivo en la parte trasera de la pieza, especialmente en los bordes sobresalientes.

Colocación de la primera pieza

Coloca la primera pieza con adhesivo en la pared. Presiona firmemente para fijarla bien y asegúrate que esté en la posición deseada. Para una mayor fijación, se recomienda utilizar clavos con una pistola de clavos para sujetar la pieza al muro.

Instalación de las piezas siguientes

Una vez que la primera pieza esté bien adherida a la pared, continúa con el mismo procedimiento para las demás piezas hasta completar el área deseada.

Refuerzo de las piezas

Para reforzar, puedes asegurar con pijas delgadas para que no maltrate el material.

Ajuste final

Al llegar al tope del muro, puede que quede algún espacio por rellenar. Si es así, corta las piezas para ajustarlas al espacio utilizando una sierra de corte, caladora o cortadora.

Este paso se puede repetir tantas veces como sea necesario.

Consejos adicionales

Finalmente, rellenar los huecos y juntas entre las piezas con una pasta del mismo color del material PU utilizado, para lograr un acabado uniforme y estético.

Verifica constantemente las medidas para asegurarte que los cortes sean precisos.

Usa equipo de protección, como guantes y gafas de seguridad, durante la instalación.
