Step-by-step installation

Preparación del área

Antes de instalar, asegúrate de que el piso esté completamente limpio, seco, nivelado y libre de polvo o grasa. Una base bien preparada es clave para una instalación duradera y estética.

Medición y planificación

Mide el largo y ancho del área donde vas a instalar el piso. Así garantizarás que tienes la cantidad exacta de material y podrás planificar la mejor disposición de las piezas.

Coloca la primera pieza con adhesivo

La primera pieza debe instalarse con adhesivo de poliuretano para fijarla firmemente a la base.

Aplica el adhesivo solo en esa pieza.

Deja un espacio de aproximadamente 5 mm entre la pieza y la pared para permitir expansión o contracción por cambios de temperatura.

Usa el sistema machihembrado

Las siguientes piezas se instalan sin adhesivo, utilizando el sistema de clic machihembrado:

Simplemente encaja lengüeta con ranura.

Esto asegura una unión firme, limpia y sin necesidad de herramientas adicionales.

Alinea y ajusta

Asegúrate que cada pieza esté correctamente alineada con las anteriores. Presiona hasta que el clic se escuche y las juntas queden perfectamente cerradas.

Realiza cortes precisos

Para ajustar bordes o esquinas, usa una sierra adecuada para SPC. Se recomienda una sierra de corte en seco para mayor precisión sin dañar el material.

Considera el uso de IXPE (opcional)

El SPC gran formato no incluye IXPE integrado, pero puedes adquirirlo por separado.
El IXPE (1 mm de grosor) mejora el aislamiento térmico, amortigua al caminar y reduce ruidos.

Revisión y acabados finales

Haz una limpieza ligera para eliminar polvo de corte.

Revisa que todas las piezas estén firmes y sin movimientos.

Puedes colocar zoclos para un acabado limpio entre el muro y el piso.

Consejos adicionales

Planea la instalación antes de comenzar: Una distribución bien pensada te ahorra tiempo y material.

Para una instalación más sólida, puedes reforzar el último panel y otros puntos clave con más pegamento.

Revisa que cada clic esté bien encajado antes de continuar con la siguiente pieza.

Verifica constantemente la nivelación para evitar deformaciones a largo plazo.

Usa equipo de protección como guantes, gafas y mascarilla durante la instalación.
