Our Ultra 3D outdoor decking is manufactured using co-extrusion technology, which combines a protective layer with a composition of 60% wood resin and 40% high-density HDPE polymer, designed to offer greater lightness, high resistance, and durability in each piece.

This composition makes it a fire-retardant material highly resistant to extreme climates, including intense sun, rain, snow, and high temperatures. It is ideal for terraces, gardens, pool areas, and other outdoor spaces.

Step-by-step installation

Preparación del área

Verifica que la superficie donde se instalará el deck esté plana, limpia y nivelada. Esto garantizará la estabilidad y estética del proyecto.

Planeación y medición

Mide el área a cubrir y define el diseño que deseas lograr.

Calcula también la cantidad de material que necesitarás, incluyendo clips de inicio, clips separadores y perfiles para el bastidor.

Recomendamos de 6 a 8 clips por pieza

Selección del material para el bastidor

Elige el material para la estructura según las necesidades de tu proyecto, los perfiles pueden ser de madera, acero galvanizado, aluminio o PVC estructural.

Importante: Los perfiles deben ser resistentes a la intemperie.

Instalación del bastidor

Instala los perfiles del bastidor asegurándolos a la superficie solida con tornillos de expansión.

Asegúrate de respetar una separación entre perfiles de 30 cm (para tráfico ligero) o 40 cm (para tráfico muy bajo).

Revisa que el bastidor esté perfectamente nivelado antes de continuar.

Colocación del primer panel de deck

Para fijar la primera línea de deck, utiliza los clips de inicio y fíjalos con tornillos al bastidor con la ayuda de un taladro.

Asegúrate que el primer panel esté perfectamente alineado, ya que marcará la línea de todo el deck.

Instalación de las siguientes piezas

Para unir las diferentes piezas de deck, utiliza los clips separadores.

Inserta el clip separador en la ranura del deck y fíjalo al bastidor nuevamente con un taladro.

Cortes para un diseño armonioso

Puedes hacer cortes a medida con una sierra eléctrica para dar un acabado más estético y personalizado.

Juega con las formas y direcciones de las tablas para crear patrones únicos.

Inspección y limpieza final

Revisa que todas las piezas estén bien aseguradas y niveladas.

Retira el polvo o residuos de corte y tu deck está listo para disfrutarse.

Consejos adicionales

Verifica constantemente la nivelación para evitar deformaciones a largo plazo.

Planea la instalación antes de comenzar: Una distribución bien pensada te ahorra tiempo y material.
