Preparación del área

Antes de comenzar, asegúrate de que la superficie esté limpia, seca y libre de cualquier material sobresaliente que pueda afectar la instalación.

Medición y planificación

Mide con precisión el área donde instalarás el plafón.

Define la orientación del panel: puede instalarse vertical u horizontalmente según tu diseño.

Recuerda: el bastidor debe ir en dirección contraria a la orientación de los paneles.

Selección del material para el bastidor

Para construir el bastidor estructural, puedes utilizar perfiles de madera, aluminio, acero galvanizado o PVC estructural

Selecciona el material que mejor se adapte a las condiciones de tu proyecto (resistencia a la intemperie, durabilidad, estética).

Instalación del bastidor

Nivela cuidadosamente el área donde instalarás el bastidor.

Calcula la cantidad de perfiles, respetando una separación de 30 a 40 cm entre sí.

Fija los perfiles a la superficie utilizando tornillos de expansión, asegurando una estructura firme y nivelada.

Corte de los paneles

Corta el plafón utilizando una sierra eléctrica con disco fino para un acabado limpio y preciso.

Colocación de la primera pieza

Coloca la primera pieza en el bastidor y atorníllala en los canales del bastidor.

Importante: La cabeza del tornillo debe apoyarse firmemente, pero sin presionar demasiado sobre el panel para evitar daños o grietas.

Instalación de las piezas siguientes

Continúa pieza por pieza, asegurando un ensamble perfecto y alineación constante. Usa el mismo método de fijación en cada panel.

Limpieza y detalles finales

Retira cualquier residuo o polvo generado durante la instalación.

Realiza una inspección final para confirmar que todas las piezas estén bien fijadas, alineadas y que el acabado sea estético y profesional.

Consejos adicionales

Planea la instalación antes de comenzar: Una distribución bien pensada te ahorra tiempo y material.

Usa siempre equipo de protección personal: guantes, gafas y mascarilla si trabajas en exteriores.

Verifica constantemente la nivelación de cada panel antes de fijarlo.

No sobreaprientes los tornillos para evitar dañar el panel.
