Asegúrate que la pared esté limpia, seca y libre de polvo o materiales sobresalientes que puedan interferir con la instalación.

Toma las medidas del área a cubrir y planifica la distribución. Esto te permitirá optimizar el uso del material, evitar desperdicios, anticipar posibles recortes y verificar que tienes suficiente material para cubrir toda el área.

Si necesitas hacer ajustes, puedes recortar fácilmente las piezas con un cutter, esmeril o una sierra de disco, ya sea para adaptarlas a la altura deseada o para hacer espacios para contactos, apagadores u otros elementos en la pared.

Limpia la superficie trasera de la lámina para remover el polvo y asegurarte que estén listas para aplicar el adhesivo.

Puedes usar adhesivo de poliuretano, silicón, pegapiso o Resistol 5000, el que mejor se adapte a tu superficie.

Aplícalo en la parte trasera de la lámina y también en la pared de manera generosa y uniforme para un agarre fuerte.

Coloca la lámina con adhesivo sobre la superficie y presiona firmemente con ambas manos para lograr una adhesión inicial adecuada.

Utiliza un martillo de goma para dar pequeños golpes y asegurar que quede bien pegada.

Verifica que la lámina esté correctamente nivelada y alineada antes de continuar con la instalación de las siguientes piezas.

Una vez que la primera lámina esté firmemente adherida, continúa con las siguientes aplicando adhesivo en la parte posterior y encajándolas fácilmente mediante el sistema de machimbrado, simplemente une la lengüeta con la ranura. Este sistema garantiza una unión sólida, uniforme y sin juntas visibles.

Es fundamental apuntalar correctamente las esquinas y la superficie del panel para evitar que se desplace o despegue antes que el adhesivo se haya fijado por completo. Si el muro SPC descansa en el piso, el apuntalado puede ser opcional.

Verifica que todos los paneles estén correctamente alineados y ajusta cualquier imperfección para un acabado limpio y profesional.

Deja secar durante al menos 24 horas para permitir que el adhesivo actúe de manera óptima y garantice una fijación segura.

Manipula con cuidado: no dobles las piezas, podrían romperse.

Planea bien el inicio y final del muro para lograr un diseño más armonioso.

Revisa constantemente medidas y nivelación durante la instalación.

Aplica el adhesivo de forma uniforme para evitar burbujas o levantamientos.
