Terms and Conditions Anniversary Promotions

CAO CAO 4TH ANNIVERSARY PROMOTIONS

1. Promotion Period

The CAO CAO 4th Anniversary promotions will be valid only from February 18 to 25, 2026.
No requests, purchases, layaways, or promotion applications will be accepted outside this period.

2. Participating Products

Promotions apply exclusively to products with actual stock available.

The following do not participate in the promotion:

• Pre-orders
• Special orders
• Material without immediate physical stock

3. General Promotion Mechanics

During the anniversary period, CAO CAO will have different promotions and combinations, which do NOT generally apply to all products, but only to materials specifically marked as participating.

Promotions may include, depending on the product:

• 3 Interest-Free Months
• Direct discount
• Discount + Interest-Free Months
• Choice between discount or interest-free months

Each product will have a specific mechanic, which will be informed by the advisor at the time of purchase or indicated in the list of participating products.

4. Interest-Free Months

• The maximum term during the anniversary is 3 interest-free months.
• There are no terms longer than 3 interest-free months, even if the product has a discount.
• Interest-free months do not automatically apply to all products, but only to participating materials.
• For some products, you must choose between a discount or interest-free months, as they are not cumulative.

5. Discounts

• During the anniversary, discounts of up to 80% will be offered.
• 80% is the maximum discount, and does not mean all products have that percentage.
• Discounts may vary between 5%, 10%, 20%, 30%, 50%, 70%, or others, depending on the material.
• Each product will have a specific, pre-defined discount.

6. Non-Cumulative Promotions

• Promotions are not cumulative, unless expressly indicated.
• For products with direct discount, this will not be cumulative with interest-free months, except for those materials marked as "discount + MSI".
• Coupons, previous promotions, or additional benefits do not apply.

7. Payments and Participating Cards

Promotions apply only with participating cards and a minimum purchase of $500.00 MXN.

• DiDi Card
• Stori
• Falabella

The acceptance of interest-free months is subject to bank authorization.

8. Availability and Stock

• Promotions are valid while supplies last.
• CAO CAO does not guarantee availability throughout the promotion period.
• Stock may vary by branch and location.

9. Special Orders and Pre-orders

Under no circumstances will it be permitted to:

• Generate special orders
• Generate pre-orders
• Layaway material

using discounts, benefits, or conditions of the anniversary promotions.

Any attempt to do so will automatically invalidate the promotion.

10. Changes and Cancellations

• Promotions apply only to purchases made within the established period and conditions.
• No adjustments, returns, or refunds will be made for promotions not applied subsequently.

11. Interpretation and Modifications

CAO CAO reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or cancel promotions due to force majeure.
• Interpret these terms and conditions, with its decision being final and unappealable.
