"Offline Prices" Cao Cao Promotion
The "Cao Cao Offline Prices" promotion will be valid from May 26 to June 03, 2026.
During this period, some selected products may have special discounts, interest-free months, free shipping, or a gift with purchase, according to the conditions applicable to each case.
Promotion Validity Period
The promotion will be valid only from May 26 to June 03, 2026.
Requests, discount applications, promotional benefits, or adjustments outside this period will not be accepted.
Inventory Availability
Product availability is subject to physical validation and confirmation by the warehouse.
Inventory may vary between branches, warehouses, or stores. In case internal merchandise movements are required, these will be subject to logistical coordination and transfer times.
The generation of quotes, conversations, screenshots, informal reservations, or prior requests does not guarantee availability, price, or application of benefits until the operation is validated and paid.
Direct Discounts for Single Payment
Direct discounts apply only to selected products within the Offline Prices 2026 list.
This promotion applies to products with the highest discount percentage and cannot be combined with the interest-free months promotion.
Discount plus Interest-Free Months
During the promotion's validity period, Cao Cao may offer the benefit of up to 3 interest-free months on participating products.
This benefit applies under the following conditions:
- Minimum purchase of $500.00 MXN.
- Payment with a participating credit card.
- Operation subject to approval by the corresponding financial institution.
- The benefit must be correctly selected at the time of processing payment.
Participating Cards
The benefit of 3 interest-free months may be applied according to the payment method used:

The application of interest-free months will depend on the banking institution, participating card type, and compliance with the conditions established by each financial entity, so it is recommended to verify card eligibility before making the purchase.
Cao Cao will not be responsible for rejections, blocks, banking restrictions, errors in payment scheme selection, or conditions beyond the company's control.
Free Shipping
The free shipping promotion applies only to minimum purchases of $50,000.00 MXN including VAT.
The minimum amount will be calculated considering the final purchase total, including applied discounts and corresponding VAT.
Free shipping applies only to one standard delivery per operation or invoice, to a single registered address.

Free Shipping Conditions
Free shipping only includes standard delivery at street level or conventional logistical access.
It does not include:
- Express shipping.
- Priority deliveries.
- Special urgent requests.
- Special maneuvers.
- Loading to upper levels.
- Crane usage.
- Restricted access.
- Extended waiting times.
- Additional partial deliveries.
- Address changes.
- Rescheduling attributable to the customer.
Any additional service may incur extra costs.
The free shipping benefit is non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, cannot be converted into an additional discount, and does not apply retroactively to previous purchases.
Weight and Logistical Operation Restrictions
Free shipping applies only within the standard parameters of volume, weight, and maneuver defined by the warehouse and logistics department.
The benefit applies to operations whose total volume does not exceed 1 ton per standard delivery.
All freight will be managed exclusively by Cao Cao's logistics department. The sales team will not be able to manage deliveries directly with external carriers.
Merchandise Reception
It will be the responsibility of the customer or the authorized person to receive, inspect, and sign for the merchandise upon delivery.
Once the merchandise has been received and signed for, no changes or returns will be accepted.
In case of absence, inability to receive, incorrect data, or need for rescheduling, additional costs may be incurred.
Delivery times may vary due to operational availability, logistical saturation, coverage, purchase volume, and route scheduling.
Gift with Purchase
Customers who make minimum purchases of $12,000.00 MXN including VAT may choose between a bag of coffee or a promotional French press, subject to availability.
This benefit will be available while supplies last.
Cao Cao does not guarantee permanent availability of gifts throughout the promotion period.
Final Promotion Validation
All promotions, discounts, benefits, payment methods, sales notes, and deliveries will be subject to final validation by the administrative department and, in the case of deliveries, by the operations department.
No advisor, salesperson, or collaborator may modify, extend, or alter the terms of the promotion.
Any verbal agreement or undocumented promise will be invalid.
Reasons for Cancellation or Loss of Benefit
Cao Cao may cancel, modify, or reject an operation when there is a justified cause, including:
- Incomplete, incorrect, or unverifiable delivery data.
- Addresses outside coverage.
- Partial or total cancellations that reduce the required minimum amount.
- Returns, exchanges, or adjustments that modify the eligible amount.
- Chargebacks, bank clarifications, rejected payments, or definitive non-payment.
- Re-invoicing or administrative modifications that affect purchase traceability.
- Fortuitous events, force majeure, or extraordinary operational situations.
- Improper use of promotions, simulated purchases, or fragmentation of operations.
Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the promotion and making a purchase under these conditions, the customer accepts these terms and conditions.
