TERMS AND CONDITIONS EXPO 2026 PRICES

 

1. PROMOTION VALIDITY

Expo 2026 Prices will be valid:

From August 19, 2026, at 00:01 h to August 29, 2026, at 23:59 h, Mexico Central Time.

After this date, the prices, discounts, and benefits of the promotion will no longer be available, and products will revert to being sold under CAO CAO's current prices and conditions.

2. WHERE DOES THE PROMOTION APPLY?

The promotion will be available at the following CAO CAO branches:

• Guadalajara 
  
• Mexico City
• Querétaro
• Mérida

You can also take advantage of it in our official CAO CAO online store, during the same dates and always subject to inventory availability.

3. PRODUCTS AND OPERATIONS NOT INCLUDED

The promotion does not include:

• Pre-sale products.
• Special orders or custom manufacturing.
• Products reserved before the start of the promotion.
• Material in transit or whose availability has not been confirmed by the warehouse.
• Merchandise classified as waste.
• Outlet products not expressly included in the promotion.
• Products or operations with special price lists, commercial agreements, or particular conditions.

4. PRICES AND DISCOUNTS

Each product will have the indicated price and discount percentage. 

When our advertising mentions, for example, "up to X% off," it means that this is the maximum discount available among participating products.

This does not mean that all products have the same discount percentage.

5. DISCOUNTS ARE NOT CUMULATIVE

Expo 2026 Prices cannot be combined with:

• Other promotions.
• Additional discounts.
• Volume discounts.
• Wholesale prices or lists.
• Special prices.
• Commercial agreements.
• Coupons.
• Other benefits or preferential conditions.

The price established within Expo 2026 Prices will be the final promotional price, and no additional discounts can be added.

6. PAYMENT METHODS

Expo 2026 Prices does not participate in interest-free monthly payments.

Purchases must be paid using any of the available and accepted payment methods by CAO CAO at the time of the transaction.

If the payment method used charges any commission or has its own conditions or restrictions, these will be independent of the promotional price.

7. APPLICATION AND FREEZING OF THE PROMOTIONAL PRICE

The promotional price is secured only when a payment is made and applied to the participating product within the promotion dates.

This means that:

• A quote does not freeze the price.
• Requesting information does not freeze the price.
• A verbal reservation does not freeze the price.
• Adding a product to the cart does not freeze the price.
• Expressing the intention to buy does not freeze the price.

A quote made before or during the promotion may receive the Expo price provided that:

• The product participates in the promotion.
• Inventory is available.
• A payment is made within the promotional period.

If the quote does not have a payment applied before 23:59 h on August 29, 2026, it must be updated with the current prices at the time of purchase.

8. PREVIOUS PURCHASES AND PRICE CHANGES

The promotion is not retroactive.

This means that Expo prices will not apply to products that have been paid for, invoiced, or acquired before August 19, 2026.

If you made a purchase before the promotion and the product subsequently has a lower price during Expo Prices:

• No price adjustment will be made.
• No bonuses will be granted.
• No refunds will be issued for the difference.
• No returns for price differences resulting from this promotion will be accepted.

After 23:59 h on August 29, 2026, it will also not be possible to request the Expo price for purchases, quotes, or operations that have not met the payment conditions within the validity period.

9. AVAILABILITY AND RESTOCKING

All products are subject to inventory availability in branches and our online store.

Important:

• Products with "2025" in their description cannot be restocked.
• For other participating products, CAO CAO will individually review if the code can be restocked and if it is possible to manage its manufacturing or replacement.
• Restocking is not guaranteed and must be expressly confirmed by CAO CAO.

If a product cannot be restocked, CAO CAO will not be obliged to:

• Substitute it with another product.
• Apply the same promotional price to another code.
• Apply the same discount percentage to another product.

10. ONLINE PURCHASES 

Purchases made in the official CAO CAO online store participate in Expo Prices provided that:

• The product shows a promotional price.
• Inventory is available.
• The purchase and payment are processed within the promotion dates.
• The other conditions specified in these terms and conditions are met.

The price shown at the time of completing the purchase will be the applicable price, provided that payment is processed correctly within the promotion's validity period.

Adding a product to the cart does not reserve inventory or freeze the Expo price.

11. GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS

By purchasing a product within Expo 2026 Prices, the transaction will be subject to these terms and conditions.

Any situation not specifically covered in this document will be handled in accordance with CAO CAO's current commercial policies.
