Instagram Giveaway Terms and Conditions

• Eligibility: This giveaway is available only to residents of Mexico aged 18 or older at the time of participation. Employees of Cao Cao and their families are not eligible to participate. Residents of all states in the Mexican Republic are eligible to participate.

 

• How to Participate: To participate, entrants must follow the @shopcaocao Instagram account, "like" the giveaway post, and tag a friend in the comments. Each tagged friend must also follow the @shopcaocao account. Tagging celebrities or other brands is not allowed. Participants can tag as many friends as they wish!

 

• Entry Period: The giveaway will begin on April 11, 2024, at 8:00 pm and end on April 18, 2024, at 11:59 pm. Entries outside this period will not be considered.

 

• Winner Selection: The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible participants and will be announced on April 19, 2024, in the stories of the @shopcaocao Instagram account. The winner will be contacted via direct message on Instagram and must respond within 3 days of the announcement.

 

• Prize: The winner will receive a bonus of 50,000 Mexican pesos to be used exclusively for Cao Cao products and cannot be redeemed for cash. This bonus is non-transferable and must be redeemed before April 30, 2024. It is not valid for promotional products and is subject to stock availability. Additionally, the bonus must be used in a single transaction. If the total purchase value exceeds the bonus amount, the winner must cover the difference. It is important to note that the prize does not include the cost of transporting the materials. However, the winner has the option to use part of the bonus to cover this expense if desired.

 

• Authorization for Use of Image: By accepting the prize, the winner grants Cao Cao the right to use their name and image for promotional purposes on social media and any other advertising medium, without additional compensation.

 

• Privacy: Personal information provided by participants will be used solely to administer the giveaway and to contact the winner. It will not be shared with third parties without prior consent.

 

In accordance with Instagram guidelines, it is important to note that this promotion is not sponsored, administered, or associated with Instagram.

 

By participating in this giveaway, participants agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Cao Cao reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time and for any reason without prior notice.
