Shipping policy
Material shipments are made through the following package delivery services depending on the destination:

TRANSPORTES CASTORES
IMPORTANT: We do not offer delivery service with other package delivery companies because we are unfamiliar with their working methods and cannot guarantee proper handling and protection of the merchandise. If delivery by a freight company not listed here is required, the customer must request pickup at our warehouse door, and we cannot be held responsible for damaged merchandise upon arrival, nor will it include packaging material. If required, packaging will incur an extra cost when shipped by another package delivery company.
Shipments are sent freight collect (the shipping cost is paid upon receipt of the merchandise or pickup at the local service point), and Cao Cao does not manage the invoice, so the customer must request it directly from the package delivery company.
If you require the shipping cost to be invoiced with the material, payment for both concepts must be made (it is necessary to quote the shipping cost, which may take 1 to 3 business days).
