Product purchased, SKU, category, quantity, price, applied discount, branch, purchase channel, order number, quotation, invoice, delivery note, delivery address, delivery level or floor, existence of an elevator, handling requirements, delivery time, and proof of receipt.

Data for warranties or clarifications

Proof of purchase, photographs, videos, technical reports, product data, installation or usage information, customer communications, and service history.

Navigation data

When you use our website, online store, forms, QR codes, or payment links, we may collect data such as IP address, browser, device, operating system, pages viewed, cookies, and browsing behavior.

Video surveillance

If you visit CAO CAO branches, warehouses, or offices, your image may be captured by security cameras to protect clients, personnel, products, and facilities.
