- Eligibility
- This giveaway is open only to residents of Mexico, 18 years of age or older at the time of participation.
- Cao Cao employees and their family members are not eligible to participate.
- Persons residing in any state of the Mexican Republic are eligible to participate.
- How to Participate
- To participate, users must follow the Instagram account @shopcaocao, "like" the official giveaway post, and tag 1 friend in the comments. The tagged friend must also follow the @shopcaocao account.
- Tagging celebrities or other brands is not allowed.
- Participants may tag as many friends as they wish; each comment with 1 additional friend counts as a new entry.
- Participation Period
- The giveaway will begin on February 18, 2025 at 09:00 hrs and end on February 27, 2025 at 23:59 hrs.
- Entries received outside this period will not be considered.
- Winner Selection
- A specialized online sweepstakes platform will be used to randomly select from all eligible participants.
- The winner will be announced on March 3, 2025 in the Instagram stories of the @shopcaocao account.
- The winner will be contacted via direct message on Instagram and must respond within 3 days of the announcement. If they do not respond within this period, another winner will be selected.
- Prize
- The winner will receive a $50,000.00 MXN voucher to be used exclusively for Cao Cao products, with no possibility of exchange for cash.
- This voucher is non-transferable and must be redeemed before March 15, 2025 (or the date determined by Cao Cao).
- It is not valid for promotional products and is subject to stock availability.
- The voucher must be used in a single transaction. If the total value of the purchase exceeds $50,000.00 MXN, the winner must cover the difference.
- No exchanges or returns will be allowed under any circumstances, without exception.
- The prize does not include transportation costs for materials. If the package does not arrive at the winner's address for any reason, the winner must assume all responsibility and cost of transportation. The winner may use part of the voucher to cover this expense.
- Authorization for Use of Image and Content
- By accepting the prize, the winner grants Cao Cao the right to use their name, image, and/or testimony for promotional purposes on social media or any other advertising medium, without additional compensation.
- Likewise, any post, story, or mention made by participants related to this giveaway may be shared or disseminated on Cao Cao's social media for promotional or marketing purposes.
- Privacy
- Personal information provided by participants will be used solely to administer the giveaway and contact the winner.
- It will not be shared with third parties without the participant's prior consent.
- Suspicious or Fake Accounts
- If participations with fake or suspicious accounts are detected (e.g., mass user creation or bots), these will not be considered for the draw.
- Instagram Disclaimer
- This giveaway is not sponsored, administered by, or associated in any way with Instagram.
- The participant understands that they are providing their information to Cao Cao and not to Instagram.
- Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
- By participating in this giveaway, users agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
- Cao Cao reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time and for any reason without prior notice.
- Any unforeseen circumstances in these terms and conditions will be resolved by Cao Cao.
